1. BACKGROUND and GENERAL SENSE

PT. PERTAMINA EP 5 Asset is currently working to speed up the construction of a production facility to increase production of oil and natural gas. With respect to the number of jobs and the limitations of the number of resources available on the Surface Facilities Asset 5, then to support it over would have done the job Control service contract in the form the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) provided the service provider Partners.

PT. ALDABERTA INDONESIA in carrying out his job will act represents the interests of PT. PERTAMINA EP in the field of supervision of the work/project. PT. ALDABERTA INDONESIA will give a report on the results of supervision to PT. PERTAMINA EP.

Data and information on the scope of work, terms, technical and commercial listed in this Appendix include-RKS attachment is the minimum conditions which must be met by PT. ALDABERTA INDONESIA, either at the time of bidding and in carrying out the agreement. If there are differences the data for the same purpose then stricter data that will be used or PT. PERTAMINA EP will decide the data that will be used from these different data.

2. LOCATION and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF WORK
Job Sites :
The location of the job which is area of operation of PT. PERTAMINA EP 5 Assets includes Field Bunyu, Field Sangata, Field Sanga-Sanga, Field Tanjung, Field of Tarakan and Field of Papua, and other locations associated with the good work directly or indirectly.
Environmental Conditions Of Employment :
Working area of PT. PERTAMINA EP 5 Assets is the area of the gas industry include Field / Field as follows :

a. Field Of Bunyu
Field is located in the island of Bunyu, North Borneo, Indonesia. Geographical conditions are forest and settlements, the average weather is rainy.

b. Field Of Sangatta
Field is located on the Mainland of Borneo Sangatta, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Geographical conditions are forest and settlements, the average weather is rainy.

c. Field Of Papua
Field is located in Papua, Sorong-Klamono-Sele of the Salawati Island Linda, West Papua, Indonesia. Geographical conditions are forest and settlements, the average weather is rainy.

d. Field Of Sanga-Sanga
Sanga-Sanga field located on the Mainland of Borneo, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Geographical conditions are forest and settlements, the average weather is rainy.

e. Field of Cape
Field is located on the Mainland of Cape Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Geographical conditions are forest and settlements, the average weather is rainy.

f. Field Of Tarakan
Tarakan Field located on the Mainland, North Borneo, Indonesia. Geographical conditions are forest and settlements, the average weather is rainy.
