1. Introduction
Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (hereinafter referred to PT.SI) is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) engaged in the cement industry. To meet the cement market demand in the future, PT. Semen Indonesia had plans to increase the total capacity of the plant. Project expansion of the new plant is located in Rembang, Central Java with capacity of 3 million metric tons of cement per year, hereinafter called Rembang Project.
2. Purpose and Objectives
Taking into account the limited human resources owned by PT. SI, PT. SI intends to utilize the services of a consultant to assist and Engineering Service Project for constructing Rembang Cement Plant.
3. Scope of Works
