Asset management is a systematic process of deploying, operating, maintaining, upgrading, & disposing of assets cost-effectively, managing assets to achieve the greatest return, and the process of monitoring and maintaining facilities systems, with the objective of providing the best possible service to Users/Owner/Investor. Our main line of work in asset management is to evaluate existing plans/assets from our clients and manage/maintain them to increase their value. We work with specialist team of finance and asset managers to analyze and decide high value prospect while mitigating risk for our client’s financial growth. We provide a variety of services from startup services, to operation readiness program, to auditing and operation/facility maintenance, etc.
Carried out after which schedules, resource plans and, estimates for the next phase are developed, the feasibility study is an evaluation and analysis of the potential of a proposed project to support the process of decision making. It outlines and analyses alternatives or methods of achieving the desired outcome. The feasibility study helps to narrow the scope of the project to identify the best plan. We look for two main criteria: the projects real life possibility and its cost. Along with that we also assess other risk factors such as environmental and social consequences. It is an importance to us that our engineers with years of experience and good judgement be involved directly in the feasibility study so that the proposed project can run smoothly and be profitable.
A phase of project planning that includes producing ideas and taking into account the pros and cons of implementing those ideas. This stage of a project is done to minimize the likelihood of error, manage costs, assess risks, and evaluate the potential success of the intended project. In any event, once an engineering issue or problem is defined, potential solutions must be identified. Through extensive research, screening studies, site investigation and standard methodology, we are able to generate multiple ideas, and from there analyze each one, prioritizing on the most optimized technology, life cycle and cost effectiveness. Front End Engineering Design, or preliminary design, often bridges a gap between design conception and detailed design, particularly in cases where the level of conceptualization achieved prior was not sufficient for full evaluation. In this task, the overall system configuration is defined, and schematics, diagrams, & layouts of the project provides an early project configuration. Feed Review and Assessment will be conducted on the project along with cost, safety, environmental and value assessment. Project Management Consultancy is an advisory service contracted by Owner for and provided to organization by specially trained and qualified person who assist, in an objective and independent manner the client organization identify problems, analyze such problems and recommend solutions to the problems, supervise, and act as a bridge to connect between Owner and Contractor in a project. With years of experience, we have improved and optimize our system to execute and manage even biggest of projects. Our overall project management control starts from project definition and task assignment, to planning and scheduling, to monitoring the safety and quality of the project, and managing the cost.
